Delivery is usually between 8am and 6pm on a large lorry (with tail-lift and pallet-jack facilities) - so it is important that any restricted access details are advised prior to delivery.
The cost of delivery is based on weight + destination of the items purchased and will be clearly displayed at the checkout.
There is a choice of "Next Day" delivery for orders placed before 12 noon, for orders placed after 12 noon then "Next Day" delivery will be the following day.
Economy delivery is generally 2-3 days after placing an order - however you can specify any later delivery date with "in stock" items.
For calculating weight – 1 square metre of 10mm thick tiles weighs approximately 27kgs.
If an order is placed for items that are “in stock” you will be given a choice of delivery dates and additional options via the checkout process.
If an order is placed for items that are “not in stock” then delivery will be arranged directly with the client once the goods have arrived in our warehouse.
The pallet(s) will be placed (at the driver’s discretion), at the nearest, safest point to the property.
